Canceling orders

If you’d like to cancel your order you must do it within 24 hours of the initial purchase in order to receive a full reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement if the cancellation request is sent after this 24 hour time period. Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email from floor13brand@gmail.com once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.
